Δυόσμος - Mentha spicata (It. Menta)
Perennial aromatic plant, cultivated in fields and pots.
Classic plant to flavor various dishes and for tea. Very good at herbal therapy. It loves the wet and fertile soils.
Sowing: mostly at the end of winter and at the end of summer. The germinations comes after about 15 days at good temperature and moisture.
Distances: About 50 x 20 cm between plants.
