Capsicum annum
Large, glistening dark green, thick fleshed fruit of stocky form. It becomes red at ripening. Particularly suited to grow in a greenhouse. Healthy growth and relatively early ripening. High yielding. Good taste.
Sowing: From the beginning of February in a heated nursery, and from the end of March in an amateur nursery. Transplanting from the end of March into a greenhouse and from mid-April to a field in hot areas.
It requires about 25 °C temperature to sprout well and similar temperature to have the plant grow.
Distances: 50 x 60 cm. Seeds: 20 g / 1000 m2.
Seeds per gram: about 140 (0,1gr = 14 seeds about)
