Perennial or biennial plant, up to 1.8 meters tall, for use as a herb. Sowing in Spring and Summer and transplanting in Spring or Autumn. If we put the seed first in the refrigerator it can germinate better and simultaneously. The root is harvested in the second year, the leaves are gathered before flowering.
