Brassica oleracea var. gongyloides L. var. Wener Witte Butter soft, white to light green coloured big kohlrabi which can grow to weights of up to 5 kg without becoming woody. Grows slowly and is bolt resistant. Sowed from March to end of July. Planted from May to September, produces stems weighing 1-1.5 kg. Keeps in store until March, very aromatic kohlrabi flavour. Seeds in nursery: 5-10g/100m2
